Crude avocado oil

1. GENERAL INFORMATION: 100% pure avocado oil known as CRUDE oil, obtained using mechanical methods such as maceration, decantation, centrifugation, and/or cold pressing of avocado pulp.

2. APPLICATIONS: Culinary and/or intended for refining.

3. SENSORIAL CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Smell: Distinctive.
  • Taste: Distinctive.
  • Appearance: Dark green to emerald green. It is liquid at room temperature.
